PLAN YOUR TRIP
MINIBUS TOURS OF NORTH YORKSHIRE
How It Works
Currently we have four different tours to choose from. When you and your group have decided on your tour simply fill out the Contact Us form at the bottom of any page and we'll be in touch to confirm your details and take your payment.
It's a good idea to do a little research in advance and decide on where you and your group might want to eat or have a coffee along the route. If you are planning on visiting any attractions we would recommend you book your tickets, especially as you are a large group, in advance to save time and money.
See our blog post on recommmended attractions to book your tickets.
Please ensure your group is organised with the correct clothing for the trip. On the morning of the trip please be punctual as we will need to set off on time to get to your destinations and miss any traffic. Your driver will always arrive in plenty of time for you to board the bus and stow away any items you want to bring with you.
Once the tour is underway, sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery, history and local attractions that North Yorkshire has to offer.

-
How long does the tour take? Our tours are planned to take roughly 8 hours, but this depends of course on which tour you have booked and the traffic. Pick-up is usually around 8:30 am and we plan to have you back by around 4:30 pm. But this will be discussed with you at the time of booking.
-
Where do we get picked up from? When you book your tour by filling in the Contact Us form below, we will contact you to confirm your details and your pick up point. This could be your home, hotel, business address or anywhere that is most suitable for you.
-
What should I wear on the tour?Comfortable relaxed clothing with plenty of layers is always best. The Weather in Yorkshire can change rapidly, so check the weather forecast in advance and bring a waterproof jacket and an umbrella if it looks like rain. These can always be left on the bus if not required, but it's better to be safe than sorry. Walking boots are not necessary, just comfortable shoes/trainers will be fine.
-
Are tickets for attractions and train rides included? No, we will leave this to you to organise, as you might need a different number of tickets for different attractions if some people in your group don't wish to participate.
-
Do we need to bring our own food? The tour will include plenty of stops to buy lunch/coffee along the way and we highly recommend some of the local cafes and coffee shops. If you prefer to bring your own that's fine, but please refrain from bringing anything that might make a mess if it got spilled in the bus.
-
Are the tours suitable for children? Our tours are designed to be fun and informative for everyone, but don't think they are suitable for children under the age of 5 years old.
